back into it



Now back into the gym- begrudgingly, but back to it. Workout now concentrating on upper body/kayak focussed routines, with core stability important. Also attending AbSpin classes, which are 1h long and consist of 30 minutes of spinning and 30 minutes of ab-work.-aarrghh
by the way, setup a new blog (http://kayakinz.blogspot.com) to record my kayaking in my tassie (great boat-love it)
